Engraving: You may have any pen engraved with one line for an additional $12.00. Each additional line is $2.00. Engraving takes about one week, so figure one week plus 3 days to get it back to you. Our pens are custom laser engraved by Kallenshaan Woods and is the finest engraving available. After you have chosen a pen and font style email us at the link below and tell us how you want your pen engraved. We will contact you to make sure we have it straight. PAYMENT METHODS: We make shopping easy. Online shopping is easy and secure. We accept Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Our credit cards are processed directly by Paypal, a subsidary of E-bay Corporation. Your transactions are passed directly to Paypal for secure online processing.
Shipping: We pay shipping by USPS Priority Mail except where noted otherwise. Average shipping time for this method is 2 to 3 days. We ship all orders out within 24 hours unless there is a problem, then we will call you. If you need it faster, call us at 207-631-0907. We will credit you with the cost of USPS Priority Mail and you may pay the difference for upgrade service.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Due to the high cost of overseas shipping we must add a $20.00 surcharge to all orders sent to foreign countries.
Penobscot Pens offers the following Returns Policy: All our products, except for the economy pen line are guaranteed for life.
Product Failure: If any product should fail under normal use, we will repair or replace. This applies to plating, mechanism, and barrel construction material. Does not applie to refills. Shipping will be on us.
Dissatisfaction: If you should choose a pen and you are not satisfied with the quality, simply return it within 10 days for a full refund.
Exchange: If you are unhappy with your choice of pens you may return it postage paid within 10 days and we will replace it with a pen of your choice and adjust your invoice accordingly. We will pay return postage back to you. NOTE: This policy does not apply on the Economy Line of pens.
