This is a Mini Designer pen which is a slimmer version of the European Designer pen. It is not really a mini pen, it is a full length but slim and petite pen; a true ladies pen. Pen finish is 24k gold and the body is hand turned from Red/Tan Dymondwood Veneer. Dymondwood is a very hard and durable veneer made by bonding different colors of hardwood together under heat and pressure. It makes for some very pretty and interesting color combinations.The finish is laquer and it has been polished to high sheen. Very bright and cheery pen. This pen has a twist mechanism and uses a Cross refill. It measures 3/8" dia by 5 1/2" long. Comes in a gray velour lined gift case and ships free by USPS Priority mail.
