This pen offers the elegance of Euro styling and the warmth and beauty of wood. The 24K gold plating is epoxy coated for a lifetime of scratch and tarnish resistance, and the wood is hand turned from a nice piece of Spalted Maple that was harvested right here in Pennsylvania. It was dried and turned into this beautiful pen. The pen has been coated with several coats of CA (cyanoacrylate) to protect it forever from hand oils and acids and buffed it to a brilliant finish. This pen uses a twist mechanism and a smooth writing Cross refill. It measures approximately 7/16 in wide by 5 1/2 inches long. Comes in a grey velour lined gift case.
