This theme pen features a split brass plated 30 calibur cartridge case. The center has been fitted with a hand turned piece of black acrylic that has been polished and buffed to a high luster. The clip represents a scope recticle and the cap of the pen represents the primer or shell head case. It is a great looking pen and a nice conversation piece.
