The Baron is probably the highest quality, best looking pen in this price range. In fact it packs all the features of more expensive pens. This incredibly good looking pen features a super tough scratch resistant rhodium finish and an equally tough acrylic body in a new color called Tequila Sunrise. The Baron features a six faceted lower barrel that reflects light like little mirrors (rollerball only - the fountain pens continue to have the round barrel). This pen posts and the threaded portions of the pen work extremely smooth and positive. The Baron is a well balanced and smooth writing pen for extended periods of writing. It measures approximately 1/2" in diameter and 6" long (with cap posted) and 5 1/8" long closed. Comes in a gray velour lined gift box. Can be converted to a rollerball for $10.00 extra.
